Drop-In Sometime!
Weekly Drop-In Sessions Attract Youth

Our Weekly Drop-In Sessions offer a safe place where teens can come together to talk with - or just listen to - other teens.

Each week’s session features a different topic, ranging from family issues and school violence to health tips and stress relief. Meeting in a very relaxed atmosphere (a comfortable living room setting without desks, tables, or chairs), teens run the session, and it’s their thoughts, ideas, and suggestions that are used in planning fun and interesting activities. Large and small group discussions give them the chance to share feelings and experiences. We often utilize videos, guest speakers, communication activities, art projects, or role playing for a better understanding of the topics.Youth Sharing Participants can attend as many or as few sessions as they would like. The program is free, and there is no registration required. We only ask that you arrive before 7:30 pm, and stay until 9pm. Teens from all over the area have been coming to The Bridge’s Weekly Drop-In Sessions for almost three decades, taking advantage of a wonderful opportunity to meet their peers from different areas and backgrounds. We hope you visit us, too!

Not 13 years old yet?
In addition to our programs for 13 through 19-year-olds, we have established a number of pre-teen programs, which we call Mini-Bridge. This program was developed for those aged 9 through 12. Following the natural progression from there, we developed the Micro-Bridge for children aged 6 through 9. We have assisted other schools and communities in starting their own Bridge, Mini-Bridge, and Micro-Bridge sites throughout the Delaware Valley.
